![NOTIFICATION OF BIRTHS. MATERNITY AND CHI ED WELFARE. This section of Public Health Administration is entirely under the control of the Flintshire County Council and their Health Visitors. A Welfare Centre has been established at the Old Emmanuel School, Vale Road, at which local ladies also give voluntary assistance. VENEREAL DISEASES. This Department is also under the control of the Flintshire County Council, the nearest station for treatment being Chester. ISOLATION HOSPITAL.
