A serious and humble enquiry whether it be lawful , prudent, or convenient, that a toleration of Popery should be enacted by Authority of Parliament? Or, whether speedy and effectual Measures ought not rather to be taken, to suppress the Growth and Encrease of that superstitious and idolatrous Way of Worship, as highly dangerous to the True Religion establish'd amongst us; to the Protestant Succession in the Illustrious House of Hanover and the True Protestant Interest of this Kingdom of Ireland.
