![WORKING PARTY ON THE RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION OF SANITARY INSPECTORS Questionnaire Part If] (Confidential) Personal Questions to Sanitary Inspectors One form to be completed by each sanitary inspector and delivered in a sealed envelope to the Clerk for transmission to the Ministry of Health. To the Sanitary Inspector:— The Working Party on the Recruitment, Training and Qualification of Sanitary Inspectors has been appointed by the Minister of Health at the request of sanitary inspectors to enquire into the nature of the work at present being done by them and the nature and functioning of the present arrangements for their recruitment, training and qualification and as to the adequacy of such arrangements. It is hoped that in their own interests all sanitary inspectors will answer fully and frankly this part of the Questionnaire which the Working Party has prepared. All answers will be treated as strictly confidential, and only anonymous quotations or summarised results will be made public. On the completion of the investigation all questionnaires will be destroyed. Instructions Where this form offers a choice of numbered answers, e.g. in question 4, please put a ring round the number of the appropriate answer, in Column 1. Where the answer is itself a number, e.g. in question 3, please put the answer in Column 1. Please do not write anything in column 2 as it will be required at the Ministry.
