The faid Committee fhall have a Power, at thefe Meetings, to difeharge fuch Poor as fhall be cured and found capable of getting their Livelihood ; and to turn out fuch as are given to Drunkennefs, Swearing, or Difturbance, and fuch as fhall by their Behaviour make themfelves unworthy of being maintained there, or who do not fubmit to the Rules laid down for them. But they are to a<ft herein with a Spirit of Prudence and XL Upon every firft Saturday in the Month, they fhall diftribute to fuch as are upon the Lift of the Out-Poor, and who {hall have taken the Oaths, the Allowance which fhall have been made to them by the General Court ; and they fhall produce an Account thereof at each Quarterly Court. XII. o n the Death of any of the Poor maintained in this Hofpitai, the Corporation fhall take poffellion of every thing belonging to them in the Houfe.
