    Dr. Hilton Fagge as having occurred in one of his four cases. After birth, up to 7 years of age, the child’s general appearance was that of a myxoedematous baby. At that age sporadic cretinism supervened ; whilst quite latterly the mucous oedema has been showing signs of subsidence.
