This has resulted in the ma.intenance of a v/eekly collection over the expanding area without an increase of staff. Fewer visits to the tip are required, and the loading of the vehicle is less strenuous to the operators, iipproaches have been made to other authorities 'with a view to combined disposal arrangements in the future, but at the present time no proposals have been formulated. A. SnlMMINU POOL The pool enjoyed good support during the suinner season. Season ticket sales produced £194* H. 0. Gate receipts produced £431* 12. Refreshment sales £253* 6. 3» Schools contribution £129* 10* As no attendant could be found to taJce charge of the children's boats these facilities were not available during the season. 5.
