"Back in February I was doing the 30 day yoga challenge. I was feeling strong, doing doubles Bikram is kinda hard love 90 mins yoga in 40c heat. After doing day 17 I came home and had really bad pain in my back and chest and difficulties breathing. My Mad friends persuaded me I should seek help so I ended up in A&E. 8 hours there, misdiagnosed I was sent home with a muscle relaxant. By the end of the week I was admitted to hospital with pnemonia. I didn’t realise 6 months later I’d still be recovering and this would have such an impact.
