Requisitions, when approved, will be filled by the naval medical supply depot most con- venient to the ship; that is, if in Atlantic waters, by the depot in Brooklyn, N. Y.; if in Pacific waters, by the depct at Mare Island, Cal.;-1f in the Plone or on the fers station, by the depot at Paci, Pak Pants ge should be taken of See ae when in the vicinity of a supply depct or when at navy yards or in dry dock, to replenish the stock of medicines, ete. A supply of requisition Form 4 may be secured from ; any supply depot, but if this form is not available request may be made by letter addressed to the. Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.
