Secretary’s Report. 1st Resolution— “ That the Report and Financial Statement for 1927 now read be adopted by this meeting- of Subscribers and circulated.” Proposed by Mr Cooper. Seconded by Mr Crowther. 2nd Resolution— “ That this meeting- thanks the Hon. Consulting Surgeons and Physicians, the other members of the Hon. Staff, and the officers and retiring; Committees for their services during- the past year.” Proposed by Mr. Hood. Seconded by Mr. R.
