    369 Yorkshire Tankarde (William, of Hilton) Deed of all the Lands to Henry Tankarde, of Arden, in the same County, on parchment, in good state of preservation, 6s. March 1, 1603 Very interesting to the Yoikshire Collector, 370 Tankarde (Richard, of Rashell) Release of some Lands in Arden, to H. Tankarde, on parchment, 5s. Sept. 1, 1609 MUSIC. Stewart’s (Mrs. Colonel) Loto celebrated comic Opera of “ Don Quixote,” in 3 Acts, including all her arrangements in short and full scores, also for a full band or double orchestra; throughout very legibly written ; and adapted for any large A or small Theatre or Concert-room. Those portions arranged in parts for the band, are faithfully transcribed under the direction of this talented Lady, by Mr. Walker, the copyist. The original MS., in full score, on 378 pages, ob. fol. hf. cf. nt. The Opera, 3 vols. ob. fol. hf. cf. nt. The original MS. Pianoforte Accompaniment, on 214 pages, ob. fol. cf. The Overture, Songs, Chorusses, &c., arranged in parts, for Pianoforte, and full Orchestra ; altogether forming iico large parcels, all in excellent condition, only £7- 7s. The aaaauii of the Play are written in 4 Books, by Mrs. S., in which are enclosed copies of the critical Comments of the late Mr. Samuel Wesley, and William Combe, Esq., author of “Dr. Syntax.” Mr. W. says, “The composition and management of which, he thinks highly creditable to the musical talents of Mrs. S. ; and is of opinion, that were it brought forward with all the advantages of scenic represen- tation, it must infallibly prove an attractive piece.” Mr. C. says, “ It is impossible for any piece to begin or end better. As to the subject, in general ’tis classical; and stampt with originality. The dialogue is entertaining, the plot busy, and replete with incident so varied in each act, as to awaken attention and excite interest to the very con- clusion : it’s a Finale,” &c. The immense mass of copying alone, could not have cost less than £100. Nos. 1 to 3, of upwards of 2000 Tracts, on all subjects, may be had on sending € postage stamps to frank them. No. 19, consisting of Books in all classes, some rare ; and No. 20, forming the fourth part of Tracts, preparing, which may be had, on gentlemen forwarding their addresses to Messrs. H. & B. R. Boid, Printer, Upper Street, Islington.
