Commencing in October, the Milk Marketing Board introduced a two-years’ advisory scheme to educate dair^- farmers to produce milk which would naturally conform to prescribed legal standards for pre- sumed genuine milk, and in particular to combat the increasing tendency in recent years for genuine milk to be naturally deficient in solids-not-fat.
