Surveyor’s Report. Several very important extensions and additions have been made during the past year, brought about by the continued growth of the town. The Council are grappling with the problem and the Engineers engaged upon the preparatory plans are obtaining further necessary data, receiving the assistance of the Surveyor’s Department in the guaging of flows.
