![the Laws of your Community, may with great Safety affirm, that there is a Similitude of Offence in thofe Cafes, as each of them was fuch a noto¬ rious Violation of the wholfome Laws of the Place, as called for the Penalty of Expuljion, which was aflually inflidted. But again: It is demanded whether the In¬ quirer dare fay that there is any Similitude be¬ tween the firft (viz. the Cafe of Th—te) and the prefent Cafe ?
