Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled^ and hy the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1. Moses Joy, junior, Benjamin F. 2 Brown, George O. Whiting, Hammond Eeed and 3 Leonard A.
