    CONDITIONS OF SALH. .— The highest bidder to be the purchaser ; and if any dispute arise between two or more bidders, such dispute to be settled by the Auctioneer alone, whose decision shall be final; and the Auctioneer further reserves himself the right of refusing the bidding of any person. II.—No person to advance less than Is. at each bidding; above two pound 2s.; above £5, 5s.; and so on in proportion. TU.—The Purchasers to give in YHUIR NAMES AND PLACES OF ABODE, and to pay down £25 per cent., if required, in part payment of the purchase- money, which deposit shall be applied to the whole of the lots purchased and not to any individual one. Iv.—'The lots to be absolutely cleared away, with all faults and errors of description, at the purchaser’s expense, the day after the sale. V.—Every attention will be given to property entrusted for sale; but if any lots remain unsold or uncleared more than one day after each sale, the Auctioneers will not be responsible for them, nor in any case for damage by accident.
