![[ aa ina Morning fafting. But to thofe to whotit its Mawkifhnefs is naufeous, I wou’d recom: mend this Form. Take Gentian and Zedoary of each a ‘Dram, Serpentary Root, and un- fcented Species of Diambra, of each half a Dram; Cochineal and Saffron of each a Scruple, — Orange Peel: az Ounce ; infufe iz a Quart of Mountain, in a warm Place, twenty four Hours, fivain, and to the Liquor add three Ounces of the bef? Rhubarb; Salt of Wormwood 2 Dram and an half; fetin a warm Sand, heat twelve Hours; and then firain a fecond time. Of this four Spoonfuls every Night, or, every other Night, as occafion requir’d, I have found an excellent Remedy in this and other Chronical Cafes. Where no Preparations of — Rhubarb willagree with the Conftitution, as Guajac, or the Scotch Pills, might,take place ; but that-all the Preparations of e4/oes are apt tothrow out both Goat and Piles.
