<p>The film follows performance artist Anahita Harding as she the climbs the 311 steps of the Monument to the Great Fire of London, using only her arms. The climb took place on 27th January 2023, to raise awareness of the difficulties disabled people face when leaving buildings in the event of an emergency.</p>
