Crowder, Esq., Carlisle. 7. —That, circumstances permitting, the next General Annual Meeting of this Institution be held at Leeds* on Wednesday, September 30th, 1891 ; and that notice thereof be given in the Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Halifax, York, Huddersfield, Lancaster, Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Kendal, Carlisle, Durham, and Newcastle newspapers.
