Where after the date on which this Scheme comes Expenses of into operation the Borough [District] Council construct a ana ta sewer under land reserved for a street and the construction = takes place before the land becomes a private street the Borough [District] Council or the County Council as the case may be, may, if they [propose] [decide] to execute street works upon the land, include | particulars] [the cost] of the sewer in the [specification] [cost] of any street works [to be] executed by them on the street and [the cost of the sewer in the estimate of the probable expenses of such works, and thereupon the Act of 1892, as modified by this Scheme, shall, so far as Bue calle; apply to those expenses as if they formed part of the estimated expenses of the proposed street works | Sections 150 and 257 of the Act of 1875 as modified y the Scheme shall, so far as applicable, apply as if the expenses of constructing the sewer were part of the expenses of the street works]. The ae Council shall pay over to the Borough [Dis- trict] Council any monies received by them from frontagers in respect of, or properly attributable to, the construction of the sewer, but shall be entitled to deduct any expenses reasonably incurred by them in the recovery of the said monies. 18.
