VITHEREAS an Act was passed in the *' Fourth Year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled An Act to extend 3 & 4- Vict the Practice of Vaccination: And whereas ^- an Act was passed in the Fifth Year of the same Reign, intituled An Act to amend an^&5Vict.
