Hospital enclosures will be allotted to the Officer ot Orderlies by the Commissariat Officer in charge and be dealt with as part of the Hospital premises. A Hospital servant will act as gardener where necessary, and all reqmsitions lor the proper maintenance and repairs of such enclosures A^nll be made on the Royal Engineer Department. _ 149. Every Station Hospital mil be eqmpped according to the regulated scale laid down in the Regmlations for the Com- missariat Department [Revised Army Regulations, Vol, iV. . art I, Section XI], the proportion of stores being calculated on the maximmu occupation diuing the preceding three years. _ 150. This equipment mil be issued by the Commissanat Department on inventory to the Officer of Orderlies, who ^vm then become financially responsible for the same. 151. A general inventory (W. 0. Form 1411) of fiu-nitm-e, utensils, bedchng, and clothmg T\dll be prepared m duphcate by the CommiBsariat Department for each Hospital m the distiict. These inventories will be signed by (a) the Commissariat Officer in charge, and (h) the Officer of Orderhes and Steward respon- sible for the care and safe custody of the stores. One copy of the inventory will be retained by the Commissariat Department and the other by the Officer of Orderhes. A third copy, if requisite, may be made out by the person having the actual custody ot the stores. 152. Inventory boards, one showing the fixtures (to be sig-ned by an Officer of the Royal Engineer Department), the other, the fumitiu-e and utensils, (to be signed by the Commis- sariat Officer in charge), will be made out and hung up m each ward or Toom. 153. No alterations or additions mil, under any circum- stances, be made in the inventory boards, except by the re- spective Officers of the Royal Engineer or Commissariat Depart- ments. 154. Care v/ill be taken not to enter on these boards any of the articles of personal equipment mentioned in paragraph 115 (k) and Appendix, page 42, Army Hospital Corps Regulations. 155. Should it at any time be absolutely necessary to make any alteration in the number of articles in a room or ward, due notice thereof will be given by the Officer of Orderhes to the Commissariat Officer in charge, in order that he may prepare fresh inventoiy boards. 156. Bedchng m wards will not be entered on the inventory boards, but in a Bedding Book, W. 0. Form 54, altered to meet the description of Hospital stores. Hospital enclosures- Eqiiipment and stores.
