    PREFACE. To the Chainnon and Members of the Public Healili and Housing ComniUtee of the Denbighshire County Council. ]\Ir. Chairman, My Lord, and Gentlemen, 1 herewith beg to present my Annual Report for the year 1923. The Report for the year is one of the ordinary Reports, and does not contain the detailed information which the Ministry of Health, however, only demand every five 5-cars. The Report for 1924 will be in the nature of a Survey Report, I have to acknowledge 1115- indebtedness to my Staff for the valuable help they have at all times given me, to the Chairman and Members of the Committee, and the Clerk of the County Council, for their invaluable courtesy and kindness.
