    conduct of the different attendants and servants has been satisfactory, The instances of misconduct that have occurred among them have been breaches of the general discipline of the Asylum, not of their special functions in connexion with the patients. There have been no changes among the superior officers ; and all have now had several years’ experience in their respective duties; which, combined with a zealous interest in the discharge of them, cannot fail to produce a beneficial infiuence throughout the Establishment.
