    8. People that read and write much, ought to do them /landing, or in as eretf a Pofture as they can. And thofe who can go about any Part of their Studies walking, fhould do it. 9. The Fat, unwieldy and overgrown, ought to avoid all manner of Drink, r ftrong and fmall, and even Water itfelf, as much as poflible.
