![t *7 '] feme Time before be began to take a left Quantity- of the Rolls, his Water was very clear, and has conti¬ nued fo ever fince \ has parted with nothing this long while, and continued very eajy : No?, the 18th. had taken the Rolls very regularly again, for two or three Nights his Water was thick and muddy ; but ever fince had been very dear % he had parted with nothing for a lime, and bad been then very eafy, and had left them off. Dec. the iith, Writes, that he had taken four Pills a Day as I ordered, and had only four left. He continued very eafy and,his Water very clear, had made only deaf Water, whilft he was taking this laft Time the full Quantity again. Only two of the fir ft Nights his Water was muddy as he had writ in his lafi, and wanted farther advice. Upon which, I aniwered him, that he might leave them off, and only take a few, once a Week by Way of Prevention. June 20th 1744, fent for a very ifnall Quantity to take, as I had ordered hi m? but obferves, that, whereas he had taken them only once in fix or fieven Days, and then finding Jome Uneafitnefis, he took them once a Day* and had continued to do fc, and was then very eafy. JaHuafy 26th 1744, he lent for another Jar of Pills, as above, and continued the fame. Sept. 1744. had been for fometime very eajy \ but of late had io- mething of his old Difiorder (for w4nt of taking the Medicines by way of prevention) and had now and then, anUneafineJ's with farting with his Water, and thence flings of Pain from the left Side, and would be glad of my Advice. That he had yet jome Pills by him. Dec. 2d. 1745, his Son writes that his Father had been for about 24 Hours in great Pain? but at laft parted with three Stones, one of which was very large \ and defired my Opinion.
