TO vise. [Acts of 1898, Chapter 479.] An Act kelative to the promotion of anatomical SCIENCE. SirnTTOTsr 1. Upon the written application of the dpo [Acts of 1898, Chapter 193,] An Act to prohibit the use of certain coloring matter m the manufacture of sausages. Whoever uses, in the manufacture of sausages, any Use of injurioue coloring substance injurious to health shall be punished in sausages by fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each offence. [Acts of 1898, Chapter 318.] An Act to provide for the appointment of associate medical examiners, Section 1. The governor shall nominate, and by and Associate med- '' leal examiners with the advice and consent of the council shall appoint, to be appointed, one able and discreet man, learned in the science of medicine, to be associate medical examiner in each of the districts, except the county of Suffolk, enumerated in section two of chapter twenty-six of the Public Statutes. Section 2.
