The first men and women who really believe that and act on it in an esoteric appli¬ cation to sexual problems of both normality and abnormality will create a new heaven in this decadent earth of ours. When pleasures are looked upon as incidents and not ends, and love is seen as a mingling of ardent desire and universal service, we shall have no need of Eugenics ; for then love will literally be the fulfilling of law, combining in one balanced expression the mystical and the physical, which are not two but one.
