Customs and all shipping agents are issued by the Public Health Department with supplies of prescribedforms, which, after completion, are returned to the riedical Officer of Health. The Medical Officer of Health is also connected by telephone with the Pilot Boarding Station, which is situated in the Wash, five mhles from Port.
