    Crookefiorn Alley, or by whatfoever other Name or Names they are called or known, and all the Gardens and Wafte Lands to the fame belonging and appertaining, fituate, lying and being in the Parifh of Saint Andreiu, Holborn, in the County of MiddlefeXy that is to fay, between the Melfuage and Tenement commonly called Davies Inn on the Eaft Side, and a Tenement now or late of Thomas Trapps of London, Goldfmith, on the Weft Side; and a certain Parcel of Wafte Ground there on the South Side; and the King’s Highway on the North Side: And alfo except, and in like Manner refervedto Us, Our Heirs and Succelfors, all that Yearly Rent of thirty-fix Shillings ilfuing and payable out of the Melfuage and Tenement of Martin Bowes, Knight, in Friday Street, London: And alfo except, and in the like Manner altoge¬ ther referved unto Us, Our Heirs and Succelfors, all thofe Melfuages, Lands, Tenements, Meadows, Paftures, and Hereditaments, now or late in the Tenure of Henry Alfordy in Rayneham, in the faid County of EJfex: And all that Manor and Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments, in the Pa¬ rifh of Haryngey, otherwife Horfeneyy and in To- tenaniy in the faid County of Middlejex, now or late in the Tenure of Robert Hennage, Efquire, or his Affigns, and which were let to Farm to William Breretony Efquire. We alfo do give. Grant Gf and by thefe Prefents do grant to the Mayor and Ho^i Commonalty and Citizens of Our City, all the aforefaid Hofpital, and the aforefaid Manors, Parfonages, Advowfons, Melfuages, Lands, Tene¬ ments, Meadows, Feeding Failures, Woods, Un¬ derwoods, Rents, Reverfions, Services, and all and lingular other the Premifes above exp re fled \ and fpecified, with the Appurtenances (except before excepted) and that as fully, freely, and wholely, and in as ample Manner and Form, as the late Mailer or Keeper or Governor of the __- ___ laid
