After this I took Matter alfo from Mr. Stout's Maid-Servant to Inoculate Mrs Heath's two Sons 5 which were all I Inocu¬ lated in that Town. Befides all thefe there were a great many more, whofe Names I cannot at prefent call to mind both in Town and Country about it, who had the Small jPox, and feveral died of it* the Summer be¬ fore I began this Pradice : Thefe are Mat¬ ters of Fad, which the Dodor s Author can^ not difprove. To charge then the Spreading the Infection and the Coniequcnces of it, thro* that Town, upon two Angle Boys who were Inoculated in a Court in a manner fc- parated from all the reft of the Town, which was fuller of the Small Pox before than after the Inoculation, is not agreeable to that In¬ genuity which the Dodor feems to demand of his Advcrfaries. The Cafe of Mr. De Grave's Daughter which fills up three or four Pages in the Let¬ ter, and upon which the Dodor lays the Foundation of hisHypothefis, the Reader may pleafe to take from her Fathers own Words in his Letter annex'd.
