TH E Treafurer fhall fign all Traded men’s Bills before they are paid, and produce a regular Account when called on by the Truftees, or Governors, or their Committees. < * IT. . « He fliall take a proper Security of the Steward, and receive and iffue out Money for the Ufe of HofpitaL RU L E S and ORDERS relating to the Steward or Secretary.
