(North bank of [Par|kes) Item the seyd jur’ say that ther ys an other bank ther of the north syde of the Parkes whiche ys in decay in many & sundrye places and ought to be made repayred exalted & amended by the landes adioyning & boundyng uppon the seyd bank. Item the seyd jure say that ther ys an other bank extend- yng from Quadryng Upp Fen barr’. . . strop Crosse in great decay whiche ought to be made & repayred by the inhabitans ... & Quadryng Hundreth. (The Old Fendyk in Gosberkyrk) Itemtheseyd juresay that ther ys one bank in Gosberkyrk called the Old Fendyk whiche ys in great ruen & decay & ought to be made repayred & amended by the lordes & landholders of Gosberkyrk accordyng to ther joyce boke therof whiche yf yt be not substancyally made & repayred in hast wyll surround the angle and quarter of Chele in Gosberkyrk & Surflett aforeseyd. (A gole in Rusgate Ee of the south syde) Item the seyd jure say that ther ys one great gytt or goole runnyng owte of the great ryver of Gosberkyrk & Surflett called Rusgate Ee nygh unto the clowes of the south syde of the seyd ryver whiche ought to be made & repayred by the inhabitans of Gosberkyrk by comon mynwerk. (Rusgate Ee bankes in Surflett shyft) Item the seyd jure further say that the banke of the seyd ryver called Rusgate Ee within the shyft of Surflett from the fen end of Rusgate to Nutkyn Brygg ys 1 The bottom left-hand corner of this folio is missing.
