![found & presented that ys to say to be dyked scowred & clensed from the seyd Myddelfeld to a place called Swyncote Pyngle and so to a place called the Grayns by all suche landes medowes & pastures as drayneth by the same, and from the seyd place called the Grayns to Tathes Corner to be dyked roded scowred & clensed by the inhabit- ance of Rusgate Wardegate & Belnes in the paryshe of Gosberkyrk that have ther landes drayned by the same. (Fen End Brygg in Gosberkyrk) Item the seyd jure say that ther ys a brygg over the great ryver called Rusgate Ee at the fen end in Rusgate whiche ys defecty[vje and ought to be made repayred & amended by the inhabitans of Gosberkyrk. [473.X1.24] 204 Item the jury sayth that the Newdyke in sarten se frome Marlode to Westrope Stylle is defyctyve in devers places & ought to be repared & amended frome tyme to tyme so ofte as nede shall requere be the lordes & frye holderes of Quaderyng & Quaderyng hundrythe. (...gote) Item the sayd jury saythe that there is a sertene fylde dreane leynge at Angte which is in rewyn & decay & ought to be amended from tyme to tym for the convaance of the water to the sey so ofte as ned shall requere by the lordes & fryholderes & the inhabetance of Quaderyng & Quaderyng hunderythe aforesayd. Item a dyke called the Syde Dyke betwyxte the Strope Horne & Marlode is defyctyve [in] sartayn places of the saym banke which owght to be mayd & reparred from tyme to tyme so ofte as nede shall requer be the lordes & fryholderes & inhabeteres of the sayme towne. (...) Item the sayd jury saythe that a banke called the Upfyne Banke from Westrope Bares to the Strope Hyrne is defyctyve in sartayn places which oughte to be amended from tyme to tym so ofte as nede shall requer be the bownderes & owneres of . . . banke as it haith acostimable be done. Item the sayd jury saythe that ther fyne drene frome Dowe Howrne to Boston we beynge charged from a style called Quaderyng Stylle betwyn Surflyte Fyne & Quaderyng to a place called Marlode betwyn Donyngton & Quaderyng whiche oughte to be dekyd houcked roded as ofte as nede shall reqere [by] the lordes fry holders & inhabeteres of Quaderyng & Quaderyng hundrythe.
