[473.X1.30] Item thei saye that ther is a hedynge ledynge from Youldycke to the forsayde John Blancke lande is in defaut for lacke of heighte & brethe & ought to be mended from tym to tym by the forsayde John Blancke. Allso thei saye that there is another hedynge ledynge from John Blancke to Thomas Allsons is in defaute for lacke of height & breth & ought to be exalted & kept by the forsayde Thomas Allson. Item theye saye that ther is a hedynge ledynge from Thomas Allson to Thomas Batman which is in defaut for lacke of heighte & brethe & ought to be amended from tym to tym by the forsayd Thomas Bateman. Item thei saye that there shall no man laye any leape nor nett to be sett at Towgottes wherby that Ryefelde water have anye henderaunce upon payne as it shall be thought mett by the comys- syoners. Item thei saye that Gednye Gatte from Sowethe Ee to Leasse Yates ought to be mayd & kepte contynewallye from tym to tym by comonde menworkes by the inhabytours of Gednye in suffycyent height & brethe. Item thei saye that it is mette & conveniaunte that a sertyn clowe ought to be mayd & kept at a place there called Dame Land in the Weste Ee & ought to be mayd & kept there by acrer sylver as well by the quens maiestye as lorde & ther tenantes within the town- shype of Gednye. | Item thei saye that there is a sertyn drowe called Mouldrowe which is in rewe! & decaye & ought to be exalted & amended from tym to tym by comonde menworkes of the Feenne End.
