A SERIES OF 31 SUBJECTS DRAWN IN OUTLINE IN PEN-AND-INK ON VELLUM, with a legend at the head of each in red gothic letters on one side of the leaf only, measuring 63 by 5 in. rough calf square 8v0. [Sac. xv 2] *,* A singular MS. representing Scenes in the Life of Christ. The Nimbi of the Saints are painted in yellow, and some details are coloured. The Nimbus of the Saviour is always given in red and yellow. ‘The verso of the last leaf has an inscription ‘“ Possessor est Gulielmus Schoch lubecensis.” A slip inserted states that the MS. belonged formerly to Scaliger, Casaubonus and Bechstein of Meiningen. | 609 Volaterranus {Maffeius] (Raphael) Commentariorum Urbanorum lib.
