    rT1 HIS little publication was undertaken in conlequence of fome converfa'tions held dur¬ ing the courfe of this Iaffi feafon with the proprie¬ tor of the Cheltenham waters ; not with any view of recommending them to the attention of the public; their increafing reputation requiring no lueh aid ; but chiefly iu order to correft fome er- lors and abufes in the difpenfation of the waters, that had been found to be injurious both to the proprietor, and to thofe who had occafion for inem. .
