    exasperated him to such a degree that he fell on my dying corpse and kicked it like a devil!” His imagination then realises the coffin, hearse, armorial. bearings, heralds, and finally the burialand lamentation of friends. Tt is probable, that this dreadful hallucination lasted some days, and all this mischief appears to have been produced by the aliercation alluded to. The burial seems to have ejfectually changed the concatenation of ideas. He reverts to the suffering on the Cross, &c. and says, “ here it were useless to describe every rising sentiment, and it were endless to do so, & will there- fore pass on.
