    SECTION XI. Annual report of the Public Health Board, Assam, for the year 1922. 39. During the year, the temporary po5t of Public Health Engineer was abolished and the Director of Public Health was reappointed Secretary to the Sanitary Board which is now designated Public Health Board. No meeting of the Board was held during the year, and its functions were prac¬ tically in abeyance. A drainage scheme for the Municipality of Karimganj was prepared and supplied to the Chairman by the Public Works Department.
