'Hocus pocus'?
The 'Black Box' trial

Description

"I hesitated a considerable time before finally deciding to publish this work, but having regard to the prejudice which was exhibited in what has become known as the Black Box case and with which this work deals, a prejudice which, I am sure, is borne entirely of ignorance, I ultimately gave in to the pressure of my friends and decided that the facts should be placed before the public in the hope that Physio-Medicalism, which has so far done much for a few (because as yet it is so little known), might be brought to the notice and assistance of the many. This work is not published in any apologetic sense, nor do I intend to enlarge upon the facts of the case, but if, as a result of this publication, Physio-Medicalism becomes more widely known, I am satisfied."--Provided by author.
