It will be observed from the above that in the Bengal and Bombay armies an unusual prevalence of cholera has been occasionally attended with a greater mortality from other diseases, while the mortality from cholera and other diseases among the europeans and natives of the Madras army have rarely been thus associated; although in the series of years the average rate of mortality has been greater in all the Pre- sidencies.
