Senza data (circa 1475) Apparently a totally unknown edition, printed in a semi-gothic type in double columns, without pagination or sionatures, having thirty-eight lines in a full page. The work commences on folio 1, “omnis mortaliu cura qua3,”’ and ends on the reverse of leaf 62 finalis tutela in morte. Amen. Next follows a leaf containing “ Li dieci Comandamenti,” (in verse) and ‘ Credo vulgare facto in rima.” The book concludes with two leaves of Index (Rubrice pricipale), the last page being blank. Antonino (B.) Somma dello Arcivescovo Antonino Omnis Mortalim (sic) Cura small 4to. s.l. & a. (SHC. xv.) A very rare edition, totally undescribed by Bibliographers. It has signatures a to & in eights, and sheet 7 in fours. It concludes on the reverse of Liv, “ Expricit Liber: Omnis mortalium Cura Domini Antonini Archiepiscopi Florentini DEO GRATIAS AMEN.” nuouamente Impressa Gn terza Rima) woodcut portrait A VERY RARE EDITION, wnknown to Allacct, Quadrio, Tiraboschi, Bru- net, and other Bibliographers red morocco super extra, gut edges, by F. This early Tragedy, which has Canzonette to be sung by the Chorus at the end of each act, was represented at Ferrara before the Duke Ercole I. Afnrrosus]| (R.) London, 1678 A. fine specimen of cotemporary English binding in red morocco, gilt edges, the sides completely covered with elegant gold tooling. It was probably a love-gift to the lady, whose autograph ‘‘ Anne Edwards her Booke, 1679,” is on the titlepage and fly-leaf. Catanzo Latinitate donata ; cum Scholis R. Lorichii 12mo. Amst. L. Hlzevir, 1642 A very fine copy in “ veau fauve ” from THuanus’s Library, with his monogram worked in gold as the centre ornament on back. The small arms are impressed on the sides, likewise in gold. Aptanus Alexandrinus de Bellis Civilibus Interprete Petro Candido VERY RARE, fine copy in old russia, from the Harletan Library folio. NScandiani, Peregrinus Pasqualis, MCCCCLCXY. The first book printed at Scandiano, the date of which has puzzled biblio- graphers. Marchand and others explain it as 1475, whilst the Abbé de St. Leger, Panzer, Brunet and others assign it to the year 1495, as the imprint mentions Camillo Boiardo Comite, and the only Count of that name known was the son of the author of the Orlando, who succeeded his father in 1494, and died in 1499. ci glo’sis magistri nicolai de lira, Est magnifici Petri Guerruci, nec non filior, etus nune occupantii Muriani Oppidum, quod distat a Venetiis itus Sagittee MAnvscrirt ON VELLUM, beautifully written, having in the first mitial a mumature of Nt.
