    The Architect and the Quantity Surveyor are proceeding as rapidly as they can in preparing for the contract for the super¬ structure and the auxiliary buildings, and the Committee will shortly advertise for tenders for the works. The Committee will shortly receive the Annual Medical Eeport from Dr. Callcott, which, with the Statistical Tables and Statement of the receipts and expenditure under the Maintenance Fund and a copy of the Eeport of the Lunacy Commissioners, shall be printed with this report, and circulated amongst the members of the City Council and the Board of Guardians.
