To the Eight Honourable the Lord High Chancellor of Great Biitain, The humble petition of CD., of in the county of sbeweth as follows :— 1. A.B., now residing at is now and for years last past has been of unsound mind and incapable of managing himself or his affairs. 2. Your petitioner is the father of the said A.B. Your petitioner therefore humbly prays that the Masters in Lunacy, or one of them, may bo directed to inquire concerning the alleged lunacy of the said A.B. And your petitioner will ever pray, &c.
