Only 1 copy (British Museum) recorded. Henry, Prince of Wales, died in 1612 of typhoid fever. There was some suspicion of poison & an autopsy was made by the court physicians, Mayenne, H4mmond, Atkins and Butler. An account of it is given at the end of this pamphlet which is of great rarity.
