    Mothers Will Consider: 1st. That no medicine should be given to a Child without their full knowledge of its real char¬ acter. 2d. That Castoria is purtly vegetable, and that a list of its ingredients accompanies each bottle. 3d. That they are familiar and harmless, and form the best possible remedy for children. 4th. That Castoria is a standard prescription A stitch IN time. of a distinguished physician (Dr. Samuel Pitcher) as che result of thirty years’ observation and practice. 5th. That Castoria may be given by any one and without change of diet; that it is superior in its effects to Paregoric, Morphine Syrups or Castor Oil, without being dangerous or nauseous. 6th. That consumers receive 35 average doses for 35 cents—or one cent a dose; the bottle contains 900 drops of concentrated extract, which gives 90 doses of 10 drops each, 35 doses of 25 drops, etc. 7th. That being possessed of such a reliable remedy, much wake ful weariness may be avoided, the children kept robust and cheer¬ ful, and the mother enabled to obtain her allotted rest.
