    i 18 9 4. PLANS PASSED AT THE BOARD MEETINGS, ♦ ♦ 9th January. Ovinghaji.—The Sanitary Inspector pi-esented plan of proposed Reading Room, at Ovingham, a duplicate plan having been sent, it was decided to pass the plan. Barrasford.—Plans were submitted by the Northumberland Whinstone Company, for the erection of Three Cottages at their quarries, which were passed subject to the ashpits being covered. Mickley.—A plan submitted for a Working Men’s Reading Club, at Mickley, was approved and passed. 6th February. Corbridge.—Plans presented by Mr. Viney, The Mount, for Two Semi-detached Villas, to be erected near the Schools, Princess Street, were approved of and passed. Plan of a House in Back Row, for Mr. Fawcett, was approved. Plans of One House and Four Flats, in Back R.ow, for Mr. Robert Gibson, Howards Arms, Scotswood, were submitted and approved.
