The proposed issue was not considered necessary. Chichester will be a Reception Station, with about four beds, under the Centralisation Scheme. The complaint, forwarded by G.O.C. Ireland, that the service pattern is too small and thin in texture, was considered, and it was agreed that, no other complaints having been received, change is not desirable. It was agreed that in matters of this kind, special consideration should be given to Millbank, and the proposed issue was approved.
