Ashton, A.M.D., on Friday the 4th of August, at 8 P. M. PEESENT: Deputy Surgeon^General J. Hendley, M.K.C.S., C.B., President for the Command, Surgeon-Major H. S. Smith, M.B., T.C., D. Surgeon-Major W. Ashton, M.B., T.C., D. Surgeon G. C. Hall, M.R.C.8., Eng. Surgeon Julian Smith, M.B., Ed. Surgeon D. St. J. Grant, M.D., T.C., D. Dr. G. D. McReddie, M.D., Brux. Surgeon A. J. Peyton, M.B., T.C., D. Siirgeon Shirley Deakin, F.R.C.S., Eng., Joint Honorary Secretary. The next Meeting of the Society will be held on the 1st of September. Gentlemen who wish to read papers or to exhibit speci- mens are requested to communicate with the Honorary Secretaries if possible a week beforehand. All communications for tlie Hono- rary Secretaries or regarding the Proceedings to be addressed, “Villa Italiana, City Road, Allahabad, North-Western Provinces, India.” In order that the Meetings might be conducted in a more formal manner, it was resolved that in future the following should be the order of procedure :— (1) The President having taken the chair, the minutes of the previous Meeting shall be read and confirmed. (2) All letters of apology for non-attendance and other letters relating to the business of the Society shall be read and discussed if necessary, and orders passed thereon.
