IF any Difpute or Controverfy fhall arife from want of due Obfervance of that Order, Gravity and Decorum which wc have prefcribed to be obferved in our Meet¬ ings, the Party thus offending, fhall be punifhed at the Will of the Prefident or Vice-Prefident, together with the Cenfors.
