A proclamation issued by King William III for the apprehension and securing of Robert Fielding for challenging and dangerously wounding Sir Henry Dutton Colt. Dated 16 January 1696. "Given at our court at Kensington the sixteenth day of January 1695/6 in the seventh year of our reign."
